We use the payment processing system provided by GMO Epsilon, a professional payment service provider.
For convenience store payments, a payment number will be issued by Epsilon.
The receipt issued after payment will show "Internet Epsilon" as the payer.
For inquiries related to convenience store payments, please contact Epsilon directly.
For questions regarding products or shipping, please contact our shop. 

Please make your bank transfer to GMO Aozora Net Bank as you would with a regular bank transfer.
(Note: This is not a cryptocurrency payment.) 

〈Exchanges〉
We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. However, if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us via email first. We will cover all shipping costs (both ways) and promptly send you the correct item.
In the event of significant damage during delivery, and if no replacement is available for one-of-a-kind items, we will issue a full refund.

〈Returns & Cancellations〉
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preferences (e.g., color or shape differing from expectations) or damage occurring after delivery. 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery.
Returns without prior notice or inquiries made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
