〈Exchanges〉
We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. However, if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us via email first. We will cover all shipping costs (both ways) and promptly send you the correct item.
In the event of significant damage during delivery, and if no replacement is available for one-of-a-kind items, we will issue a full refund.
〈Returns & Cancellations〉
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preferences (e.g., color or shape differing from expectations) or damage occurring after delivery.
Return Deadline
If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery.
Returns without prior notice or inquiries made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
